When shopping on our webshop, you automatically accepting our terms & conditions. Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before you place your order.

Pricing policy

All prices are shown in EURO. All prices include Danish VAT of 25% on orders to Europe. Prices do not include delivery charges. Orders may be subjected to local taxes and/or import duties at your own expense.

Order confirmation

You will receive an order confirmation by e-mail shortly after placing your order. Please ensure you check the email for accuracy, and let us know immediately if there are any errors.


We accept payment by Master Card, Visa and Paypal.

Shipping and handling

Your order will be dispatched within 1-3 working days from the time you place your order. Shipping rate will be calculated calculates based on the total weight of the products in the cart.
Skriveværkstedet can not be held liable for any delays with the shipping company or local customs.


If for some reason you are not happy with your product you can return it to us for a refund. We do not offer exchanges at this time. In order to qualify for a refund, you must request your RAN within 14 days of receiving your item by email to info@skrivevaerkstedet.dk. The refund will be made direct to the credit/charge card originally used to place the order. Returns are normally processed within 10 working days, once the returned products have been received. Please be aware that you are responsible for the returned item until it has reached us. We recommend using a secure delivery method which requires tracking.
